Two of my favorite things to photograph are usually plentiful in August. That would be Rainbows and Sunflowers of course. This week I made my way down to Elverson to check on the Sunflower field located next to the Please Wash Me Carwash.
I was surprised to find them in full bloom, I guess I’ve lost track of summer. I was not surprised to see the parking lot nearly full, and reach double it’s capacity in the half hour or so that I was there. Keep in mind this was 10am on a Tuesday, so … expect a crowd. I still love this place and think it’s worth it. I’ve also found it to be slow in the early morning.
While I was there I took the drone up to have a look around. There were a ton of people there taking portraits, so I enjoy capturing a different perspective. Checkout the video below …
